Right now, my 1-on-1 schedule is full- so this is the only way to train with me directly. And honestly? I love this format.

These semi-private sessions are designed for adults over 50 who want individual attention, customized programming, and the energy of a small, supportive group. With only 2-3 others in each session, you’ll get the kind of focused coaching and feedback you’d expect from personal training just with a little more fun built in.

Each 55-minute session is strength-based, intentionally designed, and totally tailored to your needs and goals. Whether you’re getting back into movement, managing something like an old injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more confident- I’ve got you!

Here’s what makes these sessions so impactful:

Customized Programming
You won’t be doing a cookie-cutter workout. Everyone in the group follows their own plan, based on where they're at and where they want to go. I’ll adjust things in real time and help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

High-Level Coaching + Feedback
I’ll be keeping a close eye on form, progressions, and how you’re feeling as we go. These sessions let me bring the best of my 1-on-1 coaching into a small group format—and that means you get plenty of personal support, every step of the way.

Built-In Motivation + Accountability
Even though everyone’s following their own plan, the vibe is shared. We celebrate wins together, power through tough moments (hello, planks!), and keep each other showing up. That sense of community makes a big difference—and it makes it fun.

Comprehensive Intake

Before joining a semi-private group, I want to get a clear understanding of your body, your goals, and your current level of strength and mobility. You’ll fill out a detailed intake form, and we’ll take time to assess where you’re at so I can build a plan that truly supports you.

Circuit Style Programming and Twice Weekly Workouts

After setting clear, achievable goals, I’ll create programming that honors exactly where you are at and takes care to ensure your safety. Together, we’ll meet for weekly 55-minute training sessions, track your progress and ensure you’re on a path to success!

Safe and Effective Workouts

Ensuring your safety and minimizing injury risk is always my top priority. In a small group setting, I will still be sure to monitor your form and provide feedback
